Brain food - How the mind responds to diet

For many of us, the thought of vitamins is something we connect with receiving a physical boost as we seek to get in shape or improve our physical condition. Hyperzine A

Known for its use in fighting Alzheimer’s disease, Hyperzine A is popular for memory and learning enhancement as well as age-related memory improvement. Like vinpocetine, it is found in small amounts in the seeds of the Periwinkle as well as other plants. It is also used around the world to treat senile dementia.

It’s almost impossible to get all of the nutrients we need from diet alone these days. Especially enough to compensate for things like stress, anxiety, caffeine, alcohol or a poor diet.
